Lammeh fi Beitna: An Evening of Experiential Theatre
Ahla w sahla to an evening of experiential theater with Waseem Alzer, Aya Aziz, and Sarah Bitar.
We invite you to a beautiful lammeh (a gathering) to honor your ancestors—their flavors, sounds, and stories—in a celebration of Arab heritage.
As always, a curated menu of food and drinks will be part of the evening.

Syrian Iftar with Ahmad Tea
In collaboration with Ahmad Tea, we invite you to experience a thoughtfully curated menu paired beautifully with a warm cup of Ahmad Tea selections and signature mock-tails.
Ramadan in Syria is all about love, community, and sharing. It’s the warmth of family gathered for Iftar, the hum of lively streets, and the peaceful call of the مسحّر (Suhour Caller) before dawn.
We look forward to creating meaningful connections as we share a meal and embrace the spirit of Ramadan.

Narrating Our Stories
Join us on Saturday, February 8, for an intimate and casual dining experience and critical fundraising effort at Brooklyn Poets. The event will feature a creative and interactive reading and discussion that invites reflection and connection.
We will donate 100% of the proceeds to Gaza-based journalist Sabrin Abu Khatla’s grassroots project, which provides her fellow journalists with essential food packages, including rice, oil, sugar, tea, and pasta. Local Palestinian journalists are our main link to what’s happening inside Gaza. Sabrin has meticulously researched market prices and compiled a detailed cost breakdown to ensure transparency. The total amount we need to raise is $10,225.00, which we aim to raise on this special night to support her vital efforts.
Featured storytellers: Omar Offendum, Hala Alayan, and Hoda Osman.

From Aleppo to Nazareth: Food, Comedy and Music
An evening of food, humor, and storytelling celebrating two great Arab cities, Nazareth and Aleppo await.
Join us for another Lammeh dinner with Palestinian-American musical theater writer Fouad Dakwar, best known for his semiautobiographical musical Fouad of Nazareth.

From Verse to Flavor: A Syrian Dinner with Omar Offendum
Join us for an unforgettable, intimate evening uniquely combining Syrian poetry and cuisine. Renowned Syrian American artist and performer Omar Offendum will take us on a cultural journey through verse, storytelling, and music, paired with a carefully curated Syrian dinner by Lammeh’s Executive Chef, Rala Ziadeh.
